However, the decision on the scholarship is only done by the institute or the government, we do prepare your application in high professional way including make the required corrections after your agreement in order to higher your chances of getting the scholarship, but by applying, you agree to waive the responsibility of the decision on A.BB.GROUP. The application for a scholarship has a specific mission by A.BB.GROUP, therefore, there are associated fees to apply.

Administrative fees vary from country to country starting from 299 USD to 2200 USD "United States Dollars''. This will depend on the facilities provided or added to the service but does NOT include tuition fees, registration fees, medical care or other fees associated with the institute or the government. After successful submission of an application, the final amount of fees will be decided and clearly shown in the invoice. There are no additional or hidden fees.

NO, money matters at A.BB.GROUP as well as A.BB.GROUP is so strict with the roles associated to money matters, if the invoice is issued, it is our responsibility to make sure there are no additional cost will occur, if such happened, A.BB.GROUP will have to pay it on it's own. However, A.BB.GROUP is not responsible for increasing or decreasing the tuition fees from the institute, or changing your mind or plan, any changes should proceed with additional cost.

Yes, A.BB.GROUP allows customers to pay the total amount on the invoice by installments with 0% interest fees. However, the period of the installments MUST ends only on the date when the application reaches the end. Failure to do so, could occur with interest fees from 5 to 50% depending on the decision of the officer or could have serious consequences or being followed by the law. 

Yes, thanks to the flexibility of the rules of A.BB.GROUP, if you have submitted an application and paid the associated fees and would like to change your mind or cancel the application before the start of the process, a full refund will be returned to you. However, please keep in mind that any fees which have been paid by us to third parties and are proved by an invoice, you will have to pay it, in addition, we are not responsible with bank charges or charges made by the institute or any other third parties. 
Note: The refund is not possible if the application is started and under proceeing without a reasonable reason or about to end, in this case the decision of the refund will be taken by a finanial officer.

NO, ABB.GROUP will NEVER ask you to pay the required tuition fees associated with the university or course to us in the beginning nor in the time of paying tuition fees, if this happened it's a fraud. However, if the candidate has difficulties to pay it directly to the institute, he/she can ask A.BB.GROUP to pay instead of them after WRITTEN consent only, otherwise, it will never happen.

Yes, if the fees are higher or not or if you are not satisfied with the decision of fees or need explanation about  a transaction on the invoice, you are always welcome to apply for a decision of reconsideration.

No, based on our motto of "Simplicity" we have made it even simpler to apply for any service via ABB.GROUP. All you need is just to send us your request via mail, e-mail or the official Whatsapp channel :-).

All serious transactions processed by A.BB.GROUP including invoices should be authorised by QR code. To check the authenticity, you can scan the QR code, and must show you the original document on the website of A.BB.GROUP. Otherwise, please do not pay it and report it immediately. 

Yes, Thanks to A.BB.GROUP, we value our customers and we keep the expanses always law. If you have been refused, administration fees will be refunded minus 10%. 

Note: Please note that refunding the fees does not include any fees related to registration on the university, insurance, embassy fees ...etc. All the fees paid to any other parties than A.BB.GROUP will be detected.

For example; every time a candidate apply with us, we will assign the application for a specific team, the system will always check the status of the application for candidates individually and if a task should be done and the team did not respond within 10 hours, the system will automatically block the screen on their system and will no longer can proceed with any other task, they will have to fix this task firstly to proceed.

However, this does not mean that we will pay any fees associated with other parties or the government instead of you.
